Autumn Clean

Well, I didn't quite paint my nails. Never was fond of the smell of nail polish.

But...

I did do a massive clean out of my room last night, and this morning. Nifti, chucks, hoover, and the trash can became my new best friends. I'm feeling very satisfied.

I also managed to spend some time burning some oils. Ahh..the aroma. Mental note. Need to purchase more tea light candles.

Setting tips for volleyball: flick the wrists outwards; the weight of the ball is to fall on the first three fingers; the shape of the fingers is positioned for the ball to land snuggly into my hands; force comes from the knees and the wrists.

Time for some chaomile tea.
