Memories

I found some long lost photos today. I stumbled upon them in a box, and ended up spending a large portion of time going through them. Well, enough for me to forget what it was I was initially doing.

I was in awe.

They brought back many happy memories. Most of the photos were with family, some with friends. I was blown away.

It was kinda surreal, looking back at times that doesn't seem that long ago, though upon reflection, would represent events over the past eight to nine years.

It isn't quite the same with digital cameras, or perhaps I come from the 'old' generation. I like the antique-like feeling of rummaging through a random pile of tangible photos, and film.

The interruption was welcomed. It was spontaneous moment of fun - laughing, smiling on the inside and out, and reminiscing on times passed.
