Makybe Diva
Yesterday, our office was dressed with the festivities of Melbourne Cup. I missed the race, as I was engaged in conversation with a colleague. But, I didn't miss out.
As far as I can remember I've never won anything in a Melbourne Cup before, so I was estatic.
The horse was for my Dad. It was nice to come home to share the joy of the win with him.
Neighbours and Community
Every so often, should time and weather permit, I go for a walk around the neighbourhood after work.
Yesterday, I bumped into David, and Bradley (David's Dalmation x Cattle) dog. It was nice to be able to accompany them on their daily walk, and converse.
It brought back many happy memories created, and spent with Bobby.
Just as sweet, just after departing David and Bradley, I met Patrick, and his father playing with a tennis ball on my way back home.
Patrick is five - a gorgeous kid, with a lovely sunny disposition.
Vision
The new vision was shared last night. Interesting timing by God, as always.
After all the talk, it was good to finally hear it formally.
Thankfulness
And, after a number of weeks contemplating, and considering. I've finally come to a resolution in my decision making.
Clarity is a wonderful place to be.
