Chinese Chilli Stir Fry Beef with Mustard Pickles

Stir fry chinese mustard pickles in own sauce with 1 tsp sugar and 1 long chilli. Remove from heat.

Heat oil, pop ginger slices, add beef and stir fry. Once near done add sauce & mix with long sliced shallots, mustard pickles and chilli.

Remove and serve.

Sauce:
2tsp dark soy sauce
1/2tsp sugar
2T water
