Visions, Beaches, Dance, Family, Storms

I love my weekends. They're amazing. Always multifaceted. Always breathtaking.

Life is amazing. I know I say it time and time again, but I can't help it. It comes out of an overflow.

Metaphorically, I feel like a new born child discovering the world again. Learning. Each day, I see something different. I understand something new. I can't help but respond with a childlike wonder; a wholehearted "wow".

Friday night was filled with spontenity. I love how random life is, and can be. And how everything just falls perfectly into place.

Saturday was all about the friendships, the conversations, the long scenic drives, the sun, the book, and the beach. From Avalon to Bondi to Bronte.

It was a gorgeous day in every sense of the word. And like Friday night, everything fell into place, perfectly. Unstructured. Unplanned. Just the ebbs and flows of life.

My taste buds were treated with a mass array of delights as well. From here in the morning, followed by here in the evening. Moonlit oceans. A sky painted with stars. It was spectacular.

And today?! Goodness, where do I begin?!

It's God.

I know I say this time and time again, but like life, He continues to astound, astonish, and surprise me time and time again. I love how He continues to show me how and why.

It's the depth of His beauty. The glory of His love. The abundant joy of being found in Him.

The evening was capped off with CNY dinner with my extended family. Again, words are hard to describe how lovely it is to be with family.

I love my two cousins - Johnny and Nic. They're hilarious. A laugh a minute. Two wonderful and hilarious teenagers. I love mucking around with them. Hugs and kisses, tickles and scrunches. It's all part of the fun.

Dressed in bright yellow and bright pink they were dubbed the 'two highlighters' this evening. It was a scream.

Then. Then there was the drive home. And the firework display of rain, lighting, and thunder. Conversations with my brother in the car. Chris Tomlin in the background. I love it.
