It's Amsterdam!

My new home town. For now. It’s been just over a week since arriving into Amsterdam. On the first weekend we made our way to the Keukenhof - the annual flower show in Amsterdam.

It was flowers galore!

Bold bright colours covered a large area and an array of textures played beautifully on the eyes. The day wowed me with flowers I hadn’t seen before and tulips that went straight to the skies.

To top it off, we had beautiful spring weather. A sign of things to come - summer! And what better way to spend it.... at my favourite of places - a beach to soak all the next season has to offer.
