Life, Love and All That Falls In Between
What a beautiful weekend. For so many reasons.
The weather. It is spring? Or is it spring! It's spring alright. The third day of spring and I'm already wearing light chiffon like dresses. I love it. The flowers are in bloom. The night breeze is warm. The days are getting longer. And so is my hair.

Friends. Random catch up with friends without the pressures of time are priceless. The laughter, the idiosyncrasies, sharing trials, hopes and dreams. To D for afternooon tea. After all these years of saying we should catch up, we finally did! And to J and S, you two are a laugh a minute. Thank you for a wonderful, fun filled Saturday night. The sangria was awesome!
My sister. Having her home the last three days have been great. I love how we easily slip back into the good ol' days. I love her dearly, and will miss her when she leaves. And my brother. It's wonderful to see him step out, pray and share with him.
My Dad. I woke up in the morning - gave him a big hug from behind, kissed him on the right cheek and wished him happy Father's Day. Randomly we ended up grocery shopping together. Nicely timed mum also came home with groceries, and along with my sister we all spent the morning unpacking, repacking, and stocking the kitchen. Many things doubled up so the fridge now has 9 litres of milk, and every green western and eastern vegetable you can think of. It was a laugh. The gifts were a success, as was lunch. It was a day filled with much warmth and love.
Church. Sending our farewells to Kenneth at GPK. Seeing old faces again. Surprised by Paul, and his words for me.
The pool, books, sleeping in, more books, and massages. The weekend could easily have been a 2 week holiday.
